- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related/equivalent field required 3+ years of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working Knowledge of Business Protocols.
- Ability to exercise sound judgement within the realm of responsibilities.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing key administrative support to the General Manager-MMG by exhibiting sound reasoning and accurate judgement in their decision making with the ability to alter their approach and develop alternative solutions in order to best support the daily operations of the company.
- Oversees and or performs a range of diverse administrative activities for the department or organization including internal and external events, meetings, workshop, training.
- Ensuring all administrative functions are performed in a timely and efficient manner meeting the goals required.
- Cultivates relationships with all management teams and corporate parents to improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness with anyone from entry-level to C-level employment within and outside the organization.
- Oversee&manage inquiries requiring a general understanding of work area policies and also ensuring that inquiries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
