Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of Partner Support Representative to be attached to Mobile Money Guyana (MMG).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, Marketing or related field required; or 5+ years of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Work-related experience must consist of business management background. Educational experience, through in-house training sessions, formal school or related curriculum.
  • Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; word processing, power point and specialty software programs.
  • Intermediate typing skills to meet production needs of the position.
  • Exceptional presentation skills: ability to create proposals and presentation that communicates the focus of the engagement with partners.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others, train personnel, write reports, correspondence, and procedures, speak clearly to customers and employees.

ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVES:

Partner Support Representative this individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship of the various partners (agents, billers, merchants and enterprise), post-onboarding and throughout their lifecycle.

MAJOR DUTIES:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities with regards to MMG’s obligations to the various partners including but not limited to ensuring that all agent deposits are verified for accuracy and processed within the acceptable timeframe.
  • Ensure that all payment files are dispatched in a timely manner to specific billers.
  • Ensure that up-to-date partners accounts listings are received by MMG and uploaded as required.
  • Lead the partner support team in a process aimed at resolving any transactional issue or discrepancy including but not limited to misapplied payments, adding account, transaction corrections etc.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for the dispatch of welcome and onboarding communication for MMG partners.
  • Create process to continuously support the partners with marketing and promotional materials.
  • Create and manage initiatives to drive increase in the active user base of the partners utilizing the service of MMG.
  • Work with the MMG partners to collaborate on initiatives aimed at increasing transaction value and volume, and improved experience.
