Check Balance and View Bill FAQs

What is Check Balance?

Check Balance allows you to quickly view your GTT Balance in the mmg+ app without having to wait for your bill.

How do I setup Check Balance?

You do not have to set up the Check Balance feature as it is readily available in the mmg+ app.

How do I use the Check Balance Feature?

Step 1: Log into the app, select Pay Bills and Select GTT in the Utilities Category

Step 2: Tap on Check Balance and Select the Service you have with GTT (GTT Fibre, DSL, Land line, LTE or Post Paid Mobile)

Step 3: Enter Account Number or Phone Number and in seconds you can get your Balance

Note – If you do not see Check Balance as an available feature option in the app , you may have to download our latest version of the app from your device’s app store.
