MMG 2X TOP UP PROMOTION - Terms & Conditions

By entering this promotion, the participant understands and agrees that they will be legally bound by these promotional terms and conditions as well as the terms and conditions governing the use of Mobile Money Guyana Inc. (MMG).
It will be at mmg’s sole discretion as to whether all eligibility requirements have or have not been met by the participant and mmg may require evidence or confirmation from participants.
Subject to Clause 4 hereunder, this promotion shall only be applicable to successful top ups conducted of GY$1000.00 through the MMG app and shall only be applicable to tops ups done for GTT numbers.
In addition to Clause 3 hereof and subject to Clause 2, the participant understands and agrees that to benefit from this promotion, the participant must top up at least one thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) at one time using the MMG app. For any avoidance of doubt, if the Customer tops up less than $1,000.00, the Customer understands and agrees that the Customer will not be eligible for this promotion.
Pursuant to Clause 2 hereof, if the participant is eligible, as solely determined by MMG, the selected participants will be eligible to win a double bonus credit which shall be valid for 48 hours from the time of purchase. The bonus credit cannot be accumulated and must be used within the 48-hours validity period and if not used, the participant will not be able to utilize it after the 48-hours’ period. Further, the bonus credit can be used for GTT On-Net voice calls and SMS i.e. from the participant’s GTT number to other GTT mobile, fixed or landline numbers. Additionally, once the bonus credit expires and/or is fully utilized, all charges will be deducted from the participant’s core balance, and the participant may be notified about this change.
This promotion shall commence at 00:01hrs on the 18th day of April 2024 and shall conclude at 23:59hrs on the 19th day of April 2024 (‘the Period’). MMG shall have the sole option to extend and/or end this promotion before the expiration of the Period.
MMG reserves the right to amend these promotional terms and conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. In such an event, notice will be given via MMG’s website or otherwise and will be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications. As such, the participant should check MMG’s website regularly for any changes and/or updates.
Personal data may be collected by MMG and will be processed and protected in accordance with the relevant privacy policy.
To the extent permitted by law, MMG excludes all liability for loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this Promotion.
The terms and conditions, the Promotion and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of Guyana and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Guyana.
