You can purchase gift cards through the MMG App, using the MMG web application or at an Authorized MMG Agent.
Can I send a gift card to someone who does not have MMG?
Absolutely! When purchasing you have the option to send to any local mobile number of your choice.
Is there a limit on the amount of gift cards that can be purchased?
No, there are no limits on the number of gift cards that can be purchased.
Can I personalize the gift card with a message?
At the moment you won’t be able to add a message or personalize.
How do I know what is the cost for a gift card?
When you enter the transaction details, the cost will be shown prior to confirming the purchase.
How do I redeem my gift card I’ve received?
Access the retailer’s website or App, log or create an account, go to the “Gift Cards” or “Account” section and look for “Redeem” or “Apply Gift Cards” and enter your required details using the SMS/email received with your card details and confirm redemption.
Are gift cards refundable or reversible?
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-reversible after purchase.
How quickly are gift cards delivered to the recipient?
Gift cards are delivered instantly. The recipient will receive their gift card details via SMS/Email after the purchase is completed.
Can I schedule the delivery of a gift card for a future date?
At the moment, you won’t be able to schedule a delivery date.
